Service terms
Version 1.0 · Effective 6 November 2026
Website access and enquiries
Available individual assessments and foundation learning are separate from optional commercial services. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a mentor booking, enrol you in a paid course or authorise a charge.
Before a paid commitment
A confirmed offer must identify the supplier, service scope, delivery method, eligibility, dates, total price and applicable taxes, cancellation rules, support route and any certificate or completion conditions. Do not rely on an illustrative listing as a confirmed service.
Different service relationships
- Mentoring: session arrangements, confidentiality, conduct, rescheduling and no-show terms.
- Training provider: content rights, delivery, learner support and course-specific conditions.
- Company/campus: seat allocation, reporting access, data responsibilities and agreed deliverables.
Commercial disclosures
Sponsored placements and referral relationships must be made clear. Commercial relationships must not be represented as proof of technical superiority or allowed to rewrite a learner’s score. Specific commissions and charges belong in the agreed partner contract and relevant transaction disclosures.
Where mandatory consumer protections apply, they prevail over inconsistent contract wording. This page does not create an unlimited exclusion of liability or a blanket non-refundable payment rule.
