An engagement must be confirmed
Mentor availability, credentials, scope, session format, fee and acceptance need confirmation. An expression of interest or enquiry is not a booking. Do not describe a mentor as Vexido-certified unless a specific documented credential supports that statement.
Session conduct and confidentiality
Agree the learning objective and respect session boundaries. Do not share confidential employer/client information without authority. Neither party should record or redistribute a session without the required consent and rights.
Advice and professional decisions
Mentoring supports development and does not transfer responsibility for an engineering release, safety decision, cybersecurity assurance or employment outcome. No score, promotion or placement result is guaranteed.
Cancellation, payment and concerns
The confirmed engagement must state payment, rescheduling, cancellation, no-show and refund conditions before commitment. Raise conduct or delivery concerns with the relevant reference through Support & reporting. Mandatory legal rights remain available.
