Terms of use

These terms cover use of Vexido’s website, accounts, topic contests, assessments and learning features. A specific service offer or signed organisation agreement may add terms for that service; mandatory legal rights take precedence.

The public platform is designed for adults aged 18 or over. Do not register or submit personal information if you are under 18. Any programme involving minors requires a separate approved arrangement and appropriate consent safeguards.

Use accurate information and an account you are entitled to use. Keep your sign-in credentials secure, respect other users and follow the rules displayed for each activity. The sign-in provider has its own terms and privacy notice.

Do not share accounts, bypass access controls, automate unauthorised access or submit material you are not permitted to disclose. Vexido may restrict an activity or account to protect users or investigate a breach. Material disputes can be raised through the grievance process.

Content and reports support learning and development. They do not guarantee a job, promotion, qualification, safety approval, audit acceptance or regulatory compliance. Participation badges and learning completion records must be described according to what they actually recognise.

Engineering and organisational decisions remain with appropriately authorised and competent people. Do not use a learning example as production approval, a safety case, a cybersecurity assurance claim or a substitute for a licensed standard.

Only the features and offers actually displayed as available can be used. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking, contract award or payment authorisation. Any paid offer must clearly identify the provider, scope, price and applicable cancellation terms before commitment.

Vexido retains rights in its own platform and original materials. Other owners retain rights in their standards, trademarks and content. You remain responsible for permissions relating to your uploads.

These terms are governed by Indian law, subject to mandatory protections applicable to the user or transaction. Contact Vexido first for assistance; these terms do not remove access to competent regulators, consumer bodies or courts. Material policy changes will be dated and communicated where required.
