Application behaviour
The public page code sets one preference cookie after you save a choice. It does not use browser localStorage, load advertising trackers or include analytics scripts. The project planner keeps entries in page memory while you use it. Downloaded and printed outlines are handled by your device and selected applications.
Hosting and browser services
ChatGPT Sites and its delivery infrastructure may use technical request data or mechanisms outside the page code. Their cookies, logs, storage, purposes, retention and processing locations require a provider-level review. Browser autofill or saved form information is controlled by your browser.
External form verification
Explicit enquiry submission takes you to FormSubmit, whose verification page may load Google reCAPTCHA and use provider-controlled browser technologies. These are not loaded by Vexido before submission. Our preference controls apply to this website, not to the external service. You may email Vexido directly instead. See our privacy notice for the delivery providers.
Optional tracking
No optional tracking has been deliberately added by Vexido to the public page. We must complete the hosting audit before making a site-wide claim that no cookies are used. If optional tracking is introduced, it must be categorised and disclosed, with prior consent where applicable and an accessible withdrawal route.
The preference cookie
Name: vexido_cookie_preferences. Purpose: remember your category selections and preference-notice version on this browser. Duration: 180 days from saving, unless you clear it sooner. Scope: the current host, across its pages. Attributes: Secure and SameSite=Lax. It contains category booleans, a version and an expiry timestamp; it does not contain an account identifier or client document content.
The cookie is set after an explicit choice, including rejection of optional cookies. It is used to remember your request, not for tracking. Analytics and marketing selections currently record a preference only; no optional providers are connected. When optional technologies or purposes change, we will update the inventory and request fresh consent where applicable before activation.
Your controls
Use in the footer to change your choices at any time. You can also manage cookies, saved form entries and local files through your browser and device settings. If browser storage is blocked, the choice may not persist and the bar can reappear. Deleting local files does not delete emails you have sent to us. For questions use the privacy request route.
Expert human verification.
Human verification by a suitably qualified expert is an integral part of every Vexido management system implementation or transition package. Proposed findings and draft documents must be verified before release as expert-reviewed deliverables.
The engagement scope will identify the reviewer’s competence, review stages, deliverables and responsibilities. Expert review does not guarantee compliance or certification and does not replace the certification body’s decision.
The free browser-only project planner is a planning tool, not a reviewed service package. Its output has not undergone expert verification.
