Intellectual property & content complaints
Version 1.0 · Effective 6 November 2026
Ownership and permission
Vexido’s original content and platform materials remain protected. Learners and contributors retain ownership of material they own; submitting it does not transfer ownership by itself. Processing it for the requested service may require a limited permission explained in the relevant contributor or service agreement.
Standards and sector materials
IATF, AIAG, VDA, ISO, IEC, Automotive SPICE and other references belong to their respective owners. Mentioning a framework does not imply endorsement or affiliation. Access to a Vexido page does not grant a licence to reproduce a standard, handbook, proprietary rating table or customer document.
Do not upload licensed manuals, copied examination banks, confidential OEM requirements or third-party training materials without appropriate rights. AI-generated paraphrasing does not remove copyright or confidentiality obligations.
Permitted learner use
Use learning materials for your own authorised development. Do not resell, mass-download, republish answer banks or remove attribution. Ask for permission for organisational redistribution or reuse outside the displayed licence conditions.
How to raise a complaint
Identify the material and its Vexido URL, explain your rights or authority, provide contact details and state the requested action. Send only the minimum evidence needed. Vexido can review, restrict or remove disputed material, seek a response and preserve relevant evidence where appropriate. A complaint alone is not a final legal determination.
