Current website use
Use the local planner for non-confidential project planning. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the website, introduce malicious content or misrepresent a generated outline as an approved standards assessment or certification.
Future uploads
Upload capability is not active. When introduced, customers must have authority to provide content and necessary copyright or licensing permissions. Supply only material relevant to the agreed scope. Do not upload passwords, private keys, malware, unlawfully obtained information or unrelated sensitive personal records.
Responsibilities and review
Customers must identify confidentiality restrictions and relevant instructions. Vexido must review processing arrangements, approved channels and permitted recipients before accepting content. Documents and AI-assisted outputs remain subject to expert review and must not be used to fabricate completed records or evidence.
Expert human verification.
Human verification by a suitably qualified expert is an integral part of every Vexido management system implementation or transition package. Proposed findings and draft documents must be verified before release as expert-reviewed deliverables.
The engagement scope will identify the reviewer’s competence, review stages, deliverables and responsibilities. Expert review does not guarantee compliance or certification and does not replace the certification body’s decision.
The free browser-only project planner is a planning tool, not a reviewed service package. Its output has not undergone expert verification.
