Independent training providers

Discuss an independent training partnership ↗

Connect with learners and organisations while delivering training through your own platform, live online sessions or onsite programmes.

Offerings

Self-hosted courses

Deliver courses through your own learning platform. Your programme information should explain the learning outcomes, duration, prerequisites, access period and support learners receive after enrolment.

Live online training

Offer instructor-led online programmes with clearly stated dates, time zones, session duration, participant limits and joining requirements. Explain whether recordings or learning materials are included.

Onsite programmes

Deliver workshops at an agreed location. Define the audience, practical activities, equipment or venue needs, batch size and any travel arrangements in the programme proposal.

Partnership

Referrals and enquiries

Agree how an interested learner or organisation is introduced and how the referral is recorded. Share contact details only through the applicable permission and enquiry process; a referral does not give access to a learner’s private reports.

Commercial model

Confirm referral commission, attribution, invoicing and settlement arrangements in writing. Programme pricing, booking terms, cancellation rules and responsibility for delivery must be clear before a learner commits.

Provider responsibilities

You remain responsible for the training you deliver, the platform or venue you operate and the claims in your programme listing. State accurately who issues any completion certificate.

  • Maintain current programme and trainer information.
  • Provide a clear learner support route.
  • Substantiate accreditation claims before they are displayed.

Getting started

1

Recognition criteria

Vexido reviews the organisation, delivery capability, trainer background and proposed programmes. Partnership review is separate from any external accreditation or regulatory recognition.

2

Register your organisation

Share your organisation name, website, contact person, delivery modes and specialist topics. Describe the locations or time zones you serve and the learners your programmes suit.

3

Submit a programme

Provide a course outline, learning outcomes, intended audience, prerequisites, delivery plan, fees and certificate details. The listing and referral arrangements are agreed before promotion.

Please avoid passwords, identity documents and confidential client information. For security reports, describe the issue without including credentials or personal data.
