Recruitment & profile sharing
Version 1.0 · Effective 6 November 2026
Separate permission
A learner account, contest entry or learning enrolment is not blanket permission for recruitment contact or employer access to private reports. Recruitment discovery should have a clear, separate choice describing the recipients, data and purpose.
What may be shared
Share only the agreed profile fields and evidence. A public leaderboard contains limited participation information; it does not grant access to a private development report, responses, contact details or employer-confidential context.
Do not describe a self-reported profile or a short knowledge assessment as a verified employment background check or an employment-readiness certification.
Change your choice
You may ask to withdraw optional recruitment sharing or correct profile information. Withdrawal affects future use within the applicable scope; recipients may already have received information and may have their own lawful retention responsibilities.
Fair use
Employers and recruiters must consider relevant evidence and applicable law rather than making discriminatory or solely automated high-consequence decisions from a platform score. An opt-in does not guarantee interviews, offers or placement.
