Training provider terms
Version 1.0 · Effective 6 November 2026
Review before listing
A provider arrangement must identify the business, authorised representative, content rights and the proposed delivery model. A listing is not an endorsement by a standards owner or a guarantee of professional certification.
Accurate descriptions
State the methodology/edition, intended audience, prerequisites, delivery schedule, trainer, support, total price and assessment/completion conditions. Disclose external delivery, sponsored placement and material commercial relationships.
Rights, privacy and delivery
Provide original or licensed content and obtain authority for examples. Do not upload customer documents, manuals or examination banks without rights. Learner information may be used only for the disclosed, authorised purpose—not unrelated marketing or recruitment.
A hosted or referral arrangement needs a separate agreement covering responsibilities, charges, access, content updates, service failures, refunds and withdrawal. Do not imply that an enquiry activates publishing rights or learner access.
Claims and complaints
Evidence should support claims about trainers, accreditation and outcomes. Providers must cooperate with complaints, corrections and lawful data requests. Certificates must identify the issuer and accurately describe what was assessed or completed.
