Vexido-hosted providers

Discuss Vexido LMS hosting ↗

Bring your learning content to the Vexido LMS and agree a delivery model that connects course access, learning activities and learner progress.

Offerings

Publish courses

Organise your content into clear modules and lessons with learning outcomes and prerequisites. Discuss the format and package requirements before preparing an upload; SCORM compatibility is confirmed during onboarding.

Learning and assessments

Plan the lessons, practice activities, quizzes and completion rules for your course. Define the progress information available to learners and the authorised provider team within the agreed service.

Certificates and completion

Agree the wording and issuer of course completion records, the completion conditions and any supporting evidence. A completion record must not imply external accreditation unless that claim is separately verified.

Partnership

Hosting and revenue model

The hosting agreement defines platform charges, course pricing, payment responsibilities and settlement. It also confirms publication scope, learner access periods and support responsibilities.

Content requirements

Supply content you own or are authorised to distribute. Use clear language, readable visuals, useful feedback and accessible learning materials. Declare AI assistance where required and verify technical statements before submission.

  • Keep confidential employer and client material out of public courses.
  • State the applicable framework or edition where relevant.
  • Identify the content owner and revision date.
Quality review

Course submission is followed by content, presentation and delivery checks. Address review feedback before publication; agree how corrections, new versions and learner notices will be handled.

Getting started

1

Provider onboarding

Introduce your organisation, instructors and proposed course catalogue. Agree the hosting scope, commercial terms and administrative responsibilities before course publication.

2

Course submission

Share an outline and sample learning material first. Confirm accepted formats, then prepare the agreed course structure, questions, supporting resources and completion rules for review.

3

Apply for LMS hosting

Include your organisation profile, topics, number of proposed courses, content formats, languages and preferred delivery schedule. Vexido will discuss the appropriate publishing route.
