About Vexido ↗

Version 1.0 · Effective 6 November 2026

Programme agreement

Agree the organisation, authorised SPOC, participant group, available activities, seat/coupon arrangements, time window, deliverables, price and support. A discussion or backend administrative record does not itself create a provisioned client programme.

Learner information and access

Define whether an organisation may see participation, completion, named scores, detailed responses or aggregate results. Explain that scope to participants before collection or sharing. Restrict SPOC/manager permissions to what is authorised.

An organisation must not assume access to a person’s unrelated private activity. Separate recruitment consent, optional communications and personal profile visibility from programme administration.

Interpretation and confidentiality

Use results for the purpose agreed with participants and apply human judgement. Short assessments are not sufficient by themselves to decide job eligibility, fitness for safety-critical work or a professional licence.

Agree confidentiality and data-processing responsibilities for company information. Use fictional examples unless an appropriate secure arrangement and disclosure authority exist.

Changes and closure

The service agreement must explain participant reassignment, withdrawn seats, access expiry, account/report retention, refunds and the end of service. Programmes involving minors need a separate safeguarding and consent arrangement before participation.
