What a score can—and cannot—tell you

Read the denominator

Check how many items were sampled, which sections were covered, what was unanswered and whether written evaluation is pending. A partial result must not be treated as a fully reviewed overall score.

Look at the reasoning

A useful report explains gaps and the basis of its suggestions. Ask whether an error came from knowledge, interpretation, calculation, a misunderstood instruction or an unclear item.

Use comparisons carefully

Changed questions, context or methodology can change what a score means. Reusing questions can improve familiarity without proving transfer to the workplace. Use reports alongside practical evidence and feedback.
