Start with a fictional scenario
Replace proprietary product details with a made-up component or process. Change names, dimensions and commercial context while preserving the reasoning needed for the learning task.
Check more than names
A drawing number, unusual process sequence, screenshot background, supplier code, ECU trace or customer-specific requirement can reveal information even after a logo is removed. Do not upload it merely because an online tool accepts files.
Ask before disclosing
If a genuine work product is necessary, seek the relevant permission and agree a suitable channel and purpose. For AI tools, check processing permissions and confidentiality obligations as well as technical usefulness.
