Acceptable use & community conduct
Version 1.0 · Effective 6 November 2026
Respect other people
- No harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse, impersonation or deceptive credentials.
- Do not publish another learner’s personal details or private messages without permission.
- Keep feedback relevant to the content, service or conduct being discussed.
Protect manufacturing and client information
Do not upload or paste proprietary drawings, PFMEA/DFMEA files, customer-specific requirements, source code, ECU traces, access keys, safety work products or cybersecurity incident evidence unless you have authority and the platform is suitable for that information.
Prefer fictional, anonymised or public examples. Removing a company name alone may not remove identifiable or commercially sensitive details. Respect employer, customer, supplier and export-control obligations.
Use the service lawfully
Do not upload malware, extract answer banks, scrape private profiles, interfere with contests or bypass payment, access or attempt limits. Do not use the platform for unlawful recruitment screening, discrimination or misleading professional claims.
Report and respond
Use Support & reporting to flag inappropriate content, suspected account compromise or misconduct. Vexido may limit access while investigating an issue and should consider context and the available evidence. You can ask for a decision to be reviewed through Grievance & appeals.
