Status of this schedule
The following periods are proposals for management review and service design. They are not assertions about current Gmail or hosting-provider settings. Legal record obligations, customer contracts, complaints and preservation requirements may require a different period.

Submitted enquiries
A planner preview remains in browser memory. If you choose Send project enquiry, or submit the contact form, the form fields are handled by FormSubmit and delivered to Gmail after recipient activation. FormSubmit states that submissions are retained for 30 days. This provider-stated period has not been independently audited; Gmail copies and Vexido correspondence follow the separate mailbox retention review.
Deletion and exceptions
Authorise deletion by category, identify copies and recipients, remove active records and manage backup expiry. Keep a deletion record that does not unnecessarily reproduce the deleted content. Suspend routine deletion only for a documented legal, dispute or security-preservation need; limit access and review the exception periodically.
Expert human verification.
Human verification by a suitably qualified expert is an integral part of every Vexido management system implementation or transition package. Proposed findings and draft documents must be verified before release as expert-reviewed deliverables.
The engagement scope will identify the reviewer’s competence, review stages, deliverables and responsibilities. Expert review does not guarantee compliance or certification and does not replace the certification body’s decision.
The free browser-only project planner is a planning tool, not a reviewed service package. Its output has not undergone expert verification.
