Regional pricing.
For eligible lower-cost markets, proposed package prices are USD 100 for transition and USD 200 for a new system. Eligibility is confirmed by Vexido during the commercial enquiry; selecting a country does not automatically approve a discount.

Document counts, sites, review rounds, timelines, support duration and expert suitability are agreed in writing. Published prices are starting prices for scoped packages, not unlimited consultancy. Complex, integrated or multisite work may require a separate quote.
What is outside the package?
Certification-body fees, standards licences, travel, onsite delivery and specialist legal advice are not included unless explicitly agreed. The quote states applicable taxes, payment currency and any payment-provider charges.
How are currency estimates calculated?
Only the rate entered by you is used. No live exchange-rate feed, IP geolocation or payment integration is connected. The final quote confirms the payable amount; regional pricing is assessed separately.
Human verification is integral.
Every implementation and transition package includes human verification by an expert matched to the assignment. The agreed scope identifies review stages, deliverables and responsibilities. Approved documents, implementation and reviewed evidence are separate milestones.
