Enquiry delivery services
FormSubmit is configured to relay explicitly submitted contact, project and demo-registration enquiries to the Vexido Gmail mailbox, subject to recipient activation. It states a 30-day submission retention period. Its spam verification includes Google reCAPTCHA on the external submission page. Provider locations, contractual safeguards and account activation need verification. Neither provider is connected to customer document processing.
Not a verified subprocessor register
This is a list of known services, not a complete verified list of processors, subprocessors or processing locations. Contractual roles depend on the activity and applicable law. Vexido does not currently claim that all information remains in India, the EU or the US.
Before a provider receives customer content
Document purpose, data categories, recipients, security controls, processing locations, retention, deletion and contractual terms. Evaluate applicable international-transfer restrictions and safeguards. Maintain an approved register and follow customer notification or authorisation arrangements required by the contract or applicable law.
Expert human verification.
Human verification by a suitably qualified expert is an integral part of every Vexido management system implementation or transition package. Proposed findings and draft documents must be verified before release as expert-reviewed deliverables.
The engagement scope will identify the reviewer’s competence, review stages, deliverables and responsibilities. Expert review does not guarantee compliance or certification and does not replace the certification body’s decision.
The free browser-only project planner is a planning tool, not a reviewed service package. Its output has not undergone expert verification.
