How to make a request

Email vexidopublications@gmail.com with the subject “Vexido privacy request”. Describe your request and the correspondence or service involved. Do not send passwords or identity documents in the initial message.

This opens your email application. Vexido receives nothing until you choose to send the message.

Request types

Depending on applicable law and the information held, requests may concern access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent where consent was used. This page does not promise that every right applies in every jurisdiction.

Assessment and identity checks

Identify the relevant records and applicable law, verify authority proportionately and protect other people’s information. Do not request additional identity evidence without a clear need. Explain any lawful restriction or inability to locate records. The browser planner does not submit its entries to Vexido, so those entries are not held in an application database.

Responses and complaints

The operator must track receipt, scope, identity checks, decisions and response dates. Applicable statutory deadlines must be determined and followed; no universal deadline is substituted here. You may also raise a complaint with us and, where applicable, the relevant supervisory authority. No EU representative or Data Protection Officer is currently identified on this website.
