SKILLS · DFMEA TOPIC ASSESSMENT
DFMEA assessment
Fundamentals · Application · Analysis
Explore your understanding of design risk analysis independently of industry, function or job role. Time is recorded for reflection, not ranking.
Choose your learning context
The subject remains DFMEA. Choose a reference context for six of the scenario questions, without selecting an industry or role.
Experience is report context, not proof of competence. The reference context changes scenarios; the learning priority changes your recommended next steps. Different variants are not calibrated for comparison.
30 questions are assembled from a 48-item draft bank: ten on fundamentals, ten on application and ten on analysis. Formats include single answer, multiple response and, depending on the selected variant, matching, sequencing, calculations or document interpretation. Questions and answer choices vary while the section coverage and marks stay fixed.
All 100 marks are objectively scored. There is no leaderboard, speed tie-break or per-question timer. You can revisit answers. Allow 35–45 minutes as guidance; there is no automatic cutoff. No pass threshold or certification level is assigned.
This is a working pilot. The draft pool still needs expert review, expansion and calibration before validated assessment use. Responses remain in this page only; download your result before leaving.
Original fictional cases. This assessment is a developmental pilot, not a certification or employment selection instrument.
